Facesplat for BSR

Facebook, can't live with it... can't live without it... can't deploy chemical weapons...

So, we have two Facebook groups for BSR. This has been true for quite a while, and I've forgotten how that came to be. At some point I renamed them with an "A" and "B" prefix so I could remember to post to both of them.

One of the staph suggested it was time to consolidate them. So I started sprucing up the larger of the two lists (A) and asked folks on the other list (B) to move over.

Our FB home going forward is at https://www.facebook.com/groups/bombshelterradio/

FB has a huge raft of issues, and frankly BSR is only there because it does help us get the word out. However, never fear... BSR will continue to pick on FB at every amusing opportunity.

Cheers,
Illya

Does this still work?

A quick test of the BSR blog to see if it still functions properly. (Answer: It sort of does, but Blogger gets a bit confused when you are working with multiple GMail accounts... groan) There will be a show tonight at 8PM US/Eastern. Link at http://bomb.shelter.radio.am/ Thanks for listening!   And now... Your moment of zen... Free Guy Trailer #2

It is 100 seconds to midnight OR Inside the two-minute warning

Be afraid BUT read the article. Be afraid BUT take action. (I know, easier to say than to do) From the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists - Used without permission https://thebulletin.org/doomsday-clock/current-time/ " Humanity continues to face two simultaneous existential dangers—nuclear war and climate change—that are compounded by a threat multiplier, cyber-enabled information warfare, that undercuts society’s ability to respond. The international security situation is dire, not just because these threats exist, but because world leaders have allowed the international political infrastructure for managing them to erode."

Thanks Metro!

A number of Buses have failed to arrive, and the situation underground isn't any better. I've been waiting over an hour to start my commute home. The start time for the show (8pm) is at risk. We will have a show tonight, it probably will be delayed.
